Special Circumstances

Please contact us directly for package insurance inquiries. United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping insurance may be applied as a courtesy to some packages, however, if you would like to request shipping insurance be applied to your order, please contact us prior to purchasing your items, as a small additional fee may apply. If you believe that your package may have had United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier insurance applied, we can confirm this for you. For orders with United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier insurance, assistance with lost in transit, stolen, damaged items etc. may be provided at the sole discretion of the United States Postal Service (USPS). For the most efficient service with any package claims, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly. If you have already contacted the USPS and they were unable to help with your lost, stolen, or damaged order, we will also be unable to assist. 

 

Revitalize, is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address entered for an order. If the customer needs additional shipment information regarding their package, they should contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly for the most efficient service. If needed, Revitalize will confirm delivery date to the address provided and tracking number. These requests will be handled as soon as time permits, via website communication form or alternate social media platforms managed by Revitalize. Information other than delivery date and tracking number may be unavailable to Revitalize .Additional delivery or shipment inquiries must be discussed with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

In the event that the customer's package is sent back to the shipper and arrives successfully at the shipper's address, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Revitalize. If a refund is issued for a returned package, it will only be provided for the cost of the goods sent, and not any additional shipping costs or fees. Should there be a rare exception, Revitalize may provide a full refund, including the cost of the goods and any additional shipping costs or fees associated. Any and all refunds for packages returned to the shipper's address will be provided at the sole discretion of Revitalize. 

 

If your package was returned to Revitalize and you believe that you should receive a refund, please contact us via any method so that we can assist you further. Packages returned to Revitalize will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order and it has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, please contact the shipping provider for the quickest service. If needed, you can contact us directly at info@revitalize.shop ,with your name and order number, and we will do whatever we can to help. It may take us up to 2 business days to reply to your email, but on average we reply to email inquiries every single day.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not guarantee returns or refunds for any reason, but you may be eligible for assistance if your case meets one of the below criteria.
