What shipping provider do you use?

We most often use USPS so that we can offer you the lowest price point possible. The USPS rate calculated at checkout for orders under $100 is done in real time, so you may see the shipping cost change (while nothing in your cart has changed), to save you as much as possible! 

 

In select circumstances, we may use UPS or another carrier to get your beautiful order to you! 

This typically only applies to orders that exceed $100 in value, as these orders receive free shipping on the house.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order and it has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, please contact the shipping provider for the quickest service. If needed, you can contact us directly at info@revitalize.shop ,with your name and order number, and we will do whatever we can to help. It may take us up to 2 business days to reply to your email, but on average we reply to email inquiries every single day.

What is your Shipping time frame?

Our shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days until your package is handed over to the postal service. Please note that Saturday & Sunday are not business days.

 

The time frame viewed at checkout refers only to the shipping provider's estimated shipping time. It may take the carrier on average 3-5 business days to deliver the package, however, it also may take 4+ days for that package to be delivered. 

Delays due to weather, SARS-CoV-2, and other factors may occur while the postal service is working hard to deliver your package to you. 

 

All orders are processed by Revitalize within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking information so that you may stay as up to date as possible on the delivery of your package! 

 

There is always the potential for shipping delays, due to hospital trips, increased order volume, or other factors. Our shipping time frame is usually 3-5 business days. We hope to return to this much shorter time frame as soon as possible.  Given extreme circumstances such as Covid outbreak, but should we encounter delays, we will update the website Shipping Policy and include additional messaging on the website to reflect the most up to date shipping time frame. 

 

The total turnaround time to receive your package could be anywhere from 8-13 business days after purchase (or longer if there are delays).
